Worst tire shop ever. They hired just about anybody I can see. Been there a couple times service was OK but this time around it was the worst service I ever had. Yesterday I took my my rims and tires to get swapped out to another set of Rims. Not to mention I waited about an hour when I was the only one that got there and they had multiple people there. They charge me $80 for the service not a big deal. Went over there today to do the same work on my sonβ€˜s first car took the car over there to swap out Rims and he comes out saying that they charge me $160. Who the hell charges $160 to remove tires and put a new set on Rims. He tried to explain to me that it was the same service which is not. You’re removing tires from one set of rims the new set of rims your rotating balancing as well so how are they going to charge me for the same thing I called around town and clearly this place overcharged me. Then he wants to be give an attitude like I’m in the wrong. Oh and I waited almost 2 hours again. I was there at 10:30 in the morning the only car there and yet I waited two hours to get a simple exchange of tires on a set of rims. Makes no sense. Never going there again, do not recommend t

I can only speak from my personal experience and overall it was good one. - They provided quick answers and solutions. - They provided transparent and reasonable prices. - They are friendly and easy going. - They seem like honest people. - They are a local, family owned, small business so YES the experience will be a little different than going to a national chain store. The only real complaint would be the time the whole process took (it was a little longer than I expected) but considering I went in with no appointment and they went to get the tires from their supplier, I can't complain. Will return in the future.

Ive been here before about 3-4 times since they first open. They were super nice and had decent customer service. They went downhill, i will never go back. The gentlement who i talked to said the set of tires were basically "new" even though they are used they still had a Quarter of tred left. HE LIED. One tire looked nearly bald, the other 3 did not have the tred of what he said. My front tires had more tred then what i got. So i truly got gyp. I wont be back at all nor would i recommend going. Before i would refer other people there, now i say DONT GO!

This is the 2nd time i been back for the same tire... then they tried saying i showed up after they closed when i clearly was there long before closing.

One of the best tire used tire shops I have been to. Josh was amazing and was super quick to take care of me. He gave great advice on what tires would be best and hooked me up on a great price. Jesse the owner knows how to run a business and was directing his workers to help make things run smoothly. 10/10 Recommend. Thank you 719 Tireshop
